Deviled Eggs

Carmen's Deviled Eggs
Yields 12
Delicious side for most Holiday meals and a family favorite! We double this recipe and they disappear quickly!
Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  4. Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste
  6. Paprika for topping

Instructions
  1. Hard boil eggs, cool and peel
  2. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise
  3. Remove yolks and mash
  4. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and Cayenne pepper
  5. Refill egg whites and sprinkle with Paprika
Notes
  1. Use a pastry filling bag with a fancy tip for a prettier egg filling!
