Carmen's Deviled Eggs

Delicious side for most Holiday meals and a family favorite! We double this recipe and they disappear quickly!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
- Pinch of Cayenne pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Paprika for topping

Instructions
- Hard boil eggs, cool and peel
- Cut eggs in half, lengthwise
- Remove yolks and mash
- Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and Cayenne pepper
- Refill egg whites and sprinkle with Paprika
Notes
- Use a pastry filling bag with a fancy tip for a prettier egg filling!
