Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. cream cheese
  2. 8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
  3. 12 Jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, leaving the cap on one half, seeds and membranes removed
  4. 12 slices bacon (thinly sliced)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Preheat a foil-lined sheet pan, or a stone pan, in the oven.
  3. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper, tightly, with a slice of bacon.
  6. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the preheated baking sheet.
  7. Bake until bacon is crispy, 25 to 35 minutes.
