    Wow!  Best Poppers we've ever had!  The bacon flavor compliments the roasted pepper.  Be super careful - they go down easy and fast!

		Ingredients
			- 8 oz. cream cheese
 - 8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
 - 12 Jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, leaving the cap on one half, seeds and membranes removed
 - 12 slices bacon (thinly sliced)

Instructions
			- Preheat oven to 400° F.
 - Preheat a foil-lined sheet pan, or a stone pan, in the oven.
 - Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended.
 - Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
 - Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper, tightly, with a slice of bacon.
 - Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the preheated baking sheet.
 - Bake until bacon is crispy, 25 to 35 minutes.
