Ingredients
  1. 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  2. 1 lb Beef Shaved Steak
  3. 1/2 large Shallot
  4. 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  5. 2 Tbsp Mayo
  6. 1 Tbsp All Natural Dijon Mustard
  7. 4 slices Provolone Cheese (chopped - 1/2 inch squares)
  8. 1/4 cup Banana peppers (or if you want just a tad spicy - Pepperoncini peppers)
  9. Romaine Lettuce or boiled cabbage leaves or mixed greens in a salad bowl

Instructions
  1. Add Olive Oil to a medium sized frying pan.
  2. Saute shallot on medium-high heat until semi translucent.
  3. Add shaved beef and cook until almost browned.
  4. Add diced garlic and peppers and stir for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add in Mayo and Dijon mustard and mix well.
  6. Add provolone cheese and stir in until melted.
  7. Remove from heat and dish up on a mixed greens salad or roll up on a Romaine Lettuce leaf or boiled cabbage leaf.
