Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 lb Beef Shaved Steak
- 1/2 large Shallot
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp All Natural Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese (chopped - 1/2 inch squares)
- 1/4 cup Banana peppers (or if you want just a tad spicy - Pepperoncini peppers)
- Romaine Lettuce or boiled cabbage leaves or mixed greens in a salad bowl

Instructions
- Add Olive Oil to a medium sized frying pan.
- Saute shallot on medium-high heat until semi translucent.
- Add shaved beef and cook until almost browned.
- Add diced garlic and peppers and stir for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in Mayo and Dijon mustard and mix well.
- Add provolone cheese and stir in until melted.
- Remove from heat and dish up on a mixed greens salad or roll up on a Romaine Lettuce leaf or boiled cabbage leaf.
