Brad's Tangy & Creamy Coleslaw
Serves 6
A great side dish for the BBQ and an excellent slaw for topping pulled pork sandwiches! I like tangy slaw and I like creamy slaw so I created a coleslaw recipe that is both!
Ingredients
  1. 5 cups shredded cabbage and carrots
  2. 1 green apple (peeled and shredded)
  3. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon celery salt
  7. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  8. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
  1. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and spices, thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  3. Peel the apple and shred right into the bowl and then stir well.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours and stir just before serving.

  2. Add raw (shelled) sunflower seeds or broken Ramen noodles for that extra crunch!
