Quick Corn Casserole

A filling blend of creamed corn and corn bread. Wonderful side for a pork chop dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
- Fold into a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees until firm (about 45 – 50 minutes).
