Pork Ribs – Brad’s Favorite

Brad's Favorite Grilled Pork Ribs
This recipe uses my Spicy Pork Rub. Hands-down, my favorite, go-to ribs! There's no need for BBQ sauce, these are packed with flavor!
Ingredients
  1. 1 rack St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
  2. 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
BBQ Rub
  1. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  2. 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  3. 1 Tablespoon McCormick™ Roasted Garlic and Herb
  4. 1 teaspoon Cumin
  5. 1 teaspoon Paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

If you don’t have Buy Me a Pie! app installed you’ll see the list with ingredients right after downloading it
Instructions
  1. Place the ribs on a heavy-duty sheet pan or hotel pan.
  2. Blend all seasoning together and rub it into the ribs, front and back.
  3. Place the ribs, bony side down.
  4. Sprinkle the Apple Cider Vinegar over the ribs (being careful not to wash off the spice rub).
  5. Tent the pan with aluminum foil; sealing it tight.
  6. Marinate the ribs for 2-3 hours.
  7. Preheat grill to 275° F.
  8. Bake ribs in center for 2 hours.
  9. Carefully remove the foil (avoiding the steam release).
  10. Remove ribs and carve.
Notes
  1. These ribs fall apart, so if you want bark on them, I would pull them out at 1 hour 30 minutes for some direct grill time.
