This recipe uses my Spicy Pork Rub. Hands-down, my favorite, go-to ribs! There's no need for BBQ sauce, these are packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 rack St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
BBQ Rub
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon McCormick™ Roasted Garlic and Herb
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
- Place the ribs on a heavy-duty sheet pan or hotel pan.
- Blend all seasoning together and rub it into the ribs, front and back.
- Place the ribs, bony side down.
- Sprinkle the Apple Cider Vinegar over the ribs (being careful not to wash off the spice rub).
- Tent the pan with aluminum foil; sealing it tight.
- Marinate the ribs for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat grill to 275° F.
- Bake ribs in center for 2 hours.
- Carefully remove the foil (avoiding the steam release).
- Remove ribs and carve.
Notes
- These ribs fall apart, so if you want bark on them, I would pull them out at 1 hour 30 minutes for some direct grill time.
