Ingredients
  1. 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  3. 1 large egg, chilled and beaten
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (we use Lowry's)
  6. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 1 cup cold light beer
