Stir-Fry Sauce

Quick Stir-Fry Sauce
Yummy, easy to make sauce for all your favorite stir-fry meals.
Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  2. 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  3. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  4. 1/2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  5. 1-2 teaspoons grated ginger
  6. 1 Tablespoon sugar, brown sugar, or honey
  7. 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  8. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.
  2. Pour onto stir-fry during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
  3. Stir all ingredients to coat, well and allow sauce to thicken a bit.
  4. Enjoy!
