Quick Stir-Fry Sauce

    Yummy, easy to make sauce for all your favorite stir-fry meals.
	Ingredients
			- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 1/2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 1-2 teaspoons grated ginger
 - 1 Tablespoon sugar, brown sugar, or honey
 - 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
			- Blend all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.
 - Pour onto stir-fry during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
 - Stir all ingredients to coat, well and allow sauce to thicken a bit.
