Red Lentils

Nick's Red Lentils
Red lentils - small, mild, and already split, so they’re the easiest of the bunch to cook. Plus, they’re crazy high in fiber, protein, and antioxidants. This yummy red lentil recipe is super satisfying. Try smothering a grilled pork chop with it! Yum!
Ingredients
  1. 2.5 Cups red lentils – pick through to remove any rocks, rinse 3 times, soak in fresh water 20 min
  2. 1 small white onion – diced small
