Nick's Ceviche

    Refreshing!
	Ingredients
			- 1/2 lb. fully cooked, peeled & deveined popcorn shrimp
 - 6-7 oz. sashimi grade Ahi tuna sliced into 1/2" cubes
 - 3 lemons, juiced
 - 2 limes, juiced
 - 1 large shallot or 2 large green onion, minced
 - 1 Jalepenos, minced
 - 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
 - 5 Radishes, halved & sliced
 - 1 avocado, chopped
 - 1 Cucumber, halved, seeded & Diced
 - 1 teaspoon Cilantro, finely chopped
 - 3 Tablespoons white vinegar
 - 3 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
 - 1/2 Tablespoon Kosher salt
 - 1 teaspoon Black pepper
 - 2 teaspoon Gochujang Kick (or 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper then salt to taste)
