Ingredients
  1. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 clove garlic, diced/pressed
  4. 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  5. 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  7. 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  8. 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  9. 2 ounces angel hair pasta
  10. 7 oz. tomato and basil spaghetti sauce, heated
  11. 1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. Beat egg until frothy and stir in garlic
  3. In a pie dish, add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, black pepper and oregano; mix well.
  4. In a separate pie dish, place the flour.
  5. Coat chicken with flour, dip into egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.
  6. Using a lightly sprayed baking dish, bake chicken for 20-25 minutes (internal temperature should reach 165° F).
  7. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce and cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  8. Divide pasta among two serving plates.
  9. Top pasta with one chicken breast, about half the spaghetti sauce and half the mozzarella cheese.
