Ingredients
  1. 1 lb ground beef/turkey
  2. 1 large sweet yellow onion, finely chopped
  3. 3 Tablespoons butter
  4. 1/2 cup white rice, uncooked
  5. 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  6. 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  7. 1 cup sliced celery
  8. 1 1/2 cups water
  9. 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. 1 can Bean Sprouts
  12. Chinese Noodles

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Brown onion and celery in butter and set aside.
  3. Brown Ground meat and Rice and set aside.
  4. In a buttered casserole dish, combine soups, water, soy sauce and pepper.
  5. Add browned onion, celery meat and rice.
  6. Lightly stir in Bean Sprouts.
  7. Bake, covered for 30 minutes.
  8. Top with warmed Chinese Noodles.
