Who doesn't love good hot wings? The air fryer serves up a crispy skin and the baking in the oven after saucing them provides the sticky coating. What's not to love?

Ingredients
  1. 12 Chicken Wings or drummettes
  2. 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce™
  3. 1/4 cup OTTS™ or Cookies™ Hot Sauce

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 360° F
  2. Place wings in fryer in a single layer.
  3. Fry wings for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed in your fryer.
  4. Toss wings in a bowl with Louisiana Hot Sauce™ mixed (50/50) with either OTTS™ or Cookies™ Wing Sauce.
  5. Set them on a rack on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  6. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for another 14-18 minutes (depends on how crispy you want them), turning them about half way.
Notes
  1. Franks Hot Sauce™ is a good stand in for OTTS™ or Cookies™.
  2. Mixing the Louisiana Hot Sauce™ with Sweet Baby Ray's™ BBQ Sauce makes a spicy BBQ Blend.
