Tropical Fruit Salad

    Serves 10
    A versatile, refreshing side dish/desert, suitable for any meal.  Sweetness of the filling can be adjusted by backing off the cherry juice and adding more water to make up the 3 cups of liquid, or even rum or whatever you think might float your boat.
	Ingredients
			- 1 large jar maraschino cherries
 - 1 large can pineapple chunks
 - 1 large can mandarin orange slices
 - 2 bananas, sliced
 - 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
 - 3 Tbsp. Minute Tapioca
 - 1 small package vanilla pudding (not instant)

Instructions
			- Drain oranges, cherries and pineapple - retain juice.
 - Add enough water to make 3 cups liquid.
 - Pour liquid into a pot with puddings and bring to a boil.
 - Stir and cook just until it thickens.
 - Remove from heat and add orange juice concentrate.
 - Cool in refrigerator before stirring in fruit.
 - Chill until cold.
 - Slice bananas and add to mixture just before serving.
