Brad's Tangy & Creamy Coleslaw

    Serves 6
    A great side dish for the BBQ and an excellent slaw for topping pulled pork sandwiches!  I like tangy slaw and I like creamy slaw so I created a coleslaw recipe that is both!
	Ingredients
			- 5 cups shredded cabbage and carrots
 - 1 green apple (peeled and shredded)
 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon celery salt
 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard
 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
			- Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and spices, thoroughly in a large bowl.
 - Fold in the shredded cabbage and carrots.
 - Peel the apple and shred right into the bowl and then stir well.
 - Refrigerate 2 hours and stir just before serving.

			- Variations
 - Add raw (shelled) sunflower seeds or broken Ramen noodles for that extra crunch!
