This is the quickest way to some tender Pork Ribs in the oven or on the grill. I've used this method for Baby Back Ribs and St. Louis Style Ribs.

Instructions
- You want to bake the ribs, bone down, on a large sheet pan.
- Shake and pour the bottle of Italian dressing all over the ribs (both sides).
- Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil (be sure it is sealed tightly) but raised (tented) over the ribs.
- Bake ribs at 250° in center of oven/grill for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove foil from sheet pan and pour out the remaining liquid.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes, uncovered (the pan should be pretty dry now). If you are on a grill, remove ribs from sheet pan.
- Turn the oven on broil or grill on high and when the ribs start browning and the fat starts bubbling, apply BBQ to top of ribs.
- Broil/grill the ribs until the sauce starts to get sticky, then carefully flip the ribs over and repeat the process. (The dressing will have tenderized the meat to the point where rib bones may fall out when flipping the rib rack, so be careful)!
- Broil/seer the ribs until the sauce starts to get sticky on this side then flip the rack back over and sauce the first side again.
- When the sauce starts to get sticky again, remove from oven/grill (you may spend an additional 10 minutes on the broiling/saucing stage).
- Let the ribs rest (loosely tented with foil) for 5 minutes.
- Cut and serve!
