Serves 8
A HUGE family favorite, this is a quick and easy "South of the Border" dinner. Taco meat and beans with all your favorite toppings over corn chips!
Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 8oz can chopped tomatoes w/chili’s (drained)
  4. 1 8oz can taco sauce
  5. 1 shot tabasco sauce
  6. 1 can pinto beans (drained)
  7. ½ tsp chili powder
  8. ½ cup ketchup
For Serving
  1. Fritos Corn Chips
  2. Shredded cheese
  3. Chopped Lettuce
  4. Chopped Tomatoes
  5. Diced Black Olives
  6. Sour Cream
  7. Taco Sauce, Salsa or Guacamole

Instructions
  1. Brown meat and sauté onion together in a large skillet.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in skillet.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
Dish up - Be extremely careful building your hay stack as it builds up fast! Don’t let your eyes be bigger than your stomach!
  1. Break Fritos corn chips over your plate.
  2. Sprinkle chips with shredded cheese.
  3. Scoop the meat mixture over the cheese.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, and guacamole and taco sauce/salsa to taste.
