A HUGE family favorite, this is a quick and easy "South of the Border" dinner. Taco meat and beans with all your favorite toppings over corn chips!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 8oz can chopped tomatoes w/chili’s (drained)
- 1 8oz can taco sauce
- 1 shot tabasco sauce
- 1 can pinto beans (drained)
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ cup ketchup
For Serving
- Fritos Corn Chips
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Diced Black Olives
- Sour Cream
- Taco Sauce, Salsa or Guacamole

Instructions
- Brown meat and sauté onion together in a large skillet.
- Mix remaining ingredients in skillet.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
Dish up - Be extremely careful building your hay stack as it builds up fast! Don’t let your eyes be bigger than your stomach!
- Break Fritos corn chips over your plate.
- Sprinkle chips with shredded cheese.
- Scoop the meat mixture over the cheese.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, and guacamole and taco sauce/salsa to taste.
