Corn Casserole

Quick Corn Casserole
Serves 8
A filling blend of creamed corn and corn bread. Wonderful side for a pork chop dinner!
Ingredients
  1. 1 can creamed corn
  2. 1 can whole kernel corn
  3. 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix
  4. 1 cup sour cream
  5. 1 egg

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
  2. Fold into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until firm (about 45 – 50 minutes).
