Erika's Beer Dip

Always a party favorite! Experiment with different cheeses and different beers to adapt this versatile dip to your liking!
Ingredients
- 1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (any flavor)
- 5 dashes hot pepper sauce (or more to taste)
- 1/2 bottle of beer (any flavor)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (for color)
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
- Stir it all together and dip pretzels in it!
- You can use a food processor or blender, but a fork worked just fine after the cheese softened up a bit
- Experiment with different cheeses and different beers for some unique dips!
