Banana Bread (Best Ever)

    Great Grandma Corrinne's best recipe - made with buttermilk!  Extremely delicious!
	Ingredients
			- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1 tsp. baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 medium ripe bananas (1 cup)
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. of buttermilk (this is what makes the bread)
 - 1 tsp. vanilla
 - 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
			- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla until real creamy.
 - Add in the sugar and mix until totally dissolved.
 - Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt.
 - Fold in the chopped nuts.
 - Pour into greased bread pans.
 - Best when baked in small bread loaf pans (recipe fills four small or two medium pans).
 - Bake at 325 degrees until a sharp knife inserted in the center of loaf comes out dry. About 35 minutes for the small pans.
